Mike Walls has primary responsibility for the American Chemistry Council’s policy development.  He began work in the Council’s Office of General Counsel, where he first provided legal advice on a range of international environmental, trade and product regulation issues.  He has broad experience across a wide range of US domestic chemical-regulatory issues, including the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).  Before joining the Council Mike was in private law practice in Washington, DC, and served on the staff of US Senator Jim Sasser.
