A career journey spanning various functions across ADNOC Group including Facilities Management, Corporate IT Strategy, Organization Development and Business Support covering a portfolio of Corporate Planning, Performance Management and Workforce Planning. Aseel also led the ADNOC Group Corporate Talent Capability Transformation.
Her current role focuses on attracting, developing and growing the pipeline of technical and leadership capability for Borouge supporting the company’s mission to create value through People and Innovation and enable its growth plans, while ensuring quality and effective facilities and administrative services to all employees are efficiently maintained.
She led a number of transformation programs including new operating models in ADNOC Onshore in addition to driving the standardization, unification and development of ADNOC Group’s Talent Management Framework and Strategy.
Qualifications include a Bachelor degree from the University of Michigan’s School of Art and Architecture, a Master Certificate in Project Management and a Certificate in Executive Development from the Institute of Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland.
