Do I have to register in advance or can I register on-site?

We strongly recommend that you register in advance, which guarantees you have a printed badge, conference materials and seating available upon your on-site registration check-in.

What is the registration fee for the 9th Annual GPCA Forum?

What forms of payment are accepted for registration?

Accepted forms of payment in USD are:

Credit card (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Debit).

Bank Transfer or company cheque – please contact us for more information.

How do I receive a paid receipt for my payment?

Once you have registered for the Forum you will receive a confirmation email from the ICIS registrations team with a copy invoice attached. If you do require further information please contact the ICIS registrations team at gpca.registrations@rbi.co.uk

How do I know if my registration was submitted, will I receive a confirmation?

You will receive confirmation via email to the email address provided when you registered. If you have not received confirmation within two business days, please contact the ICIS registration team at gpca.registrations@rbi.co.uk

How do I make a modification to my registration badge?

Can I attend only one day of the two days of the 9th Annual GPCA Annual Forum?

Yes, however the registration fee will be the same as the total meeting price.

Is there a registration deadline?

Online registration will close at 5pm GMT on 22nd November 2014 . To register after this date please register at one of the on-site registration desks on 23rd November 2014 from 9:00 am (local time). However, we strongly advise that you register before 22nd November 2014.

What is included in my registration fee?

  • Conference badge, which will allow you access to all areas including entrance into the conference and breakout sessions, exhibits, internet cafe, refreshment breaks, Welcome Dinner on Day Zero (23 November), all lunches and Gala Dinner on 24 November.
  • A conference delegate bag designed to hold your conference materials
  • UBS stick with speaker presentations (not all presentations will be available, only the ones submitted by speakers in advance)
  • Access to the exclusive pre-conference delegate online community

When will registration check-in/on-site registration open?

Registration will be open from 9:00am (local time) 23rd 2014 at the Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai.

How do I check-in for registration?

Shortly before the conference you will be emailed a barcode, please bring this with you to scan at our badge collection desks.  You will then be able to print your badge and collect your conference materials. If you have not pre-booked your place please proceed to the on-site registration counter where you will need to provide payment details.

What do I need to present at the registration desk to receive my materials on-site?

Please bring you barcode, this can be printed or on a smart phone.

If I am unable to attend, what is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your booking at any time. If cancellation is more than 31 days before the event date we will at your option accept a substitute at no extra cost (please see substitute section below) or refund 75% of the applicable delegate fee. If cancellation is less than 31 days before the event date a substitute will be accepted but no refund will be given. Failure to attend the event counts as a cancellation.

Substitutions:  If any delegate is unable to attend we will accept a substitute delegate at no extra cost.  Please notify us in writing by fax: +44 (0) 20 8652 3482 or email: gpca.registrations@rbi.co.uk with the name, job title, email address and telephone number of both the registered and substitute delegate. Please also advise if a visa invitation letter is required, and whether the substitute delegate has any special dietary or access requirements.

Do I have to make my own hotel reservation?

Yes. We have worked with the Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, on a special group reservation rate to be offered to The 9th Annual GPCA Forum delegates. You must register for the conference first and we will then send you joining instructions with details of how to book.

Do I need a visa in order to enter Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)?

Nationals of the following countries do not require visas to enter the UAE: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtain, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America, and Vatican.

How do I obtain a visa in order to enter Dubai, UAE?

Some nationalities will need to obtain a visa in advance of travel, click here  for full details. If you require a visa this will need to be done via a sponsor. This would be the hotel you are staying in or the airline you are travelling with. For example Emirates allow you to apply online

All registered conference attendees will receive a USB stick containing all speaker presentations which were submitted to us in advance.  Where we have permission presentations will also be available online after the event.
